Nalu Latchi is a new luxury seaside resort project in the Latchi area of Cyprus. It is part of the Leonardo Hotels & Resorts Mediterranean brand and is planned as a major hospitality development in the Paphos region. It is expected to open on 1st of June of 2026 as one of the brand’s flagship properties in Cyprus.

The hotel is situated in Polis Chrysochous / Latchi area of northwest Cyprus. Close to Latchi Harbour and the local marina, with restaurants and shops a short walk away. Easy access to natural sights like the Baths of Aphrodite and Akamas Peninsula.

The property will offer: beachfront location, around 240 rooms across a main building and several annexes, multiple restaurants and bars, pools & beach facilities, wellness & fitness, activities & entertainment. The hotel is dog friendly (up to 6 kilos - additional charge).
