We will begin our extraordinary day with a visit to the charming, traditional village of Lania, renowned for its vibrant artistic community. This picturesque village is a hub for local artists and craftsmen, where you can explore its quaint streets and perhaps purchase unique handmade pieces.

As we ascend higher into the Troodos mountains, we will be transported back in time to the Byzantine era, with a visit to the Monastery of Ioannis Lampadistis. This historic monastery is home to some of the world’s rarest and most exquisite ancient frescoes, painted in the Italo-Byzantine style. These remarkable works of art provide a glimpse into the island’s rich religious and artistic history.

Next, we will take a leisurely stroll through the beautiful village of Kalopanayiotis, following the course of a mountain river that winds through the landscape. As we walk, we will cross the Venetian Bridge, a scenic spot that evokes the timeless charm of Cyprus’ mountainous villages. In a cozy local tavern, you will have the opportunity to taste fresh trout and indulge in traditional Cypriot cuisine, should you wish to savor the flavors of the region.

Our journey continues to the quaint village of Kakopetria, where we will visit the Temple of St. Nicholas, a striking building with a distinctive roof design. The village is also home to remarkable archaeological sites that have earned a place on the prestigious UNESCO World Cultural Heritage List.

On this day, we will immerse ourselves in the island’s natural beauty, exploring some of Cyprus’ most secluded corners. We will visit a stunning waterfall, a serene spot surrounded by lush greenery, and then make our way to the top of Mount Olympus, the highest point on the island, offering panoramic views of the surrounding landscapes.

Finally, we will visit some of the most picturesque villages in Cyprus, where traditional life continues to thrive in harmony with nature.
