NICOSIA - LARNACA

Group

Our journey begins with a visit to the island’s capital, Nicosia, a city that seamlessly combines the charm of the Middle Ages with the vibrancy of modern life. We will explore the historic heart of the city, nestled behind the medieval Venetian city walls, and stroll down Ledra Street, a lively pedestrian area lined with shops, traditional cafes, and restaurants. Here, we will also see the Green Line, which divides the city into its northern and southern parts.

Next, we will visit the modern part of Nicosia, including the renowned Eleftheria Square (Freedom Square), designed by the world-famous architectural firm Zaha Hadid. You’ll have plenty of free time to wander through the old town, shop, enjoy lunch, or relax with a coffee at one of the local cafés.

Our next stop takes us to Larnaca, where we’ll be greeted by the impressive Kamares Aqueduct, with its 75 arches. We will explore the old town, home to market stalls, souvenir shops, and charming cafes. Afterward, we’ll take a leisurely walk along the famous Phinikoudes Promenade and visit the Church of St. Lazarus (9th century), which houses the remarkable relics of Saint Lazarus.

The "Nicosia-Larnaca" excursion will offer you a wealth of impressions and a deeper appreciation of Cyprus’s rich cultural heritage.
