FORGOTTEN TRADITIONS
The village of Kato Drys is known for its picturesque views, which were once depicted on one of the bills of the Cypriot lira. You will see for yourself why it was considered so beautiful. In addition, you will learn more about the homeland of the Cypriot saint Neophyte. A visit to a traditional Cypriot house will give you insight into the way of life from the 17th to the early 19th centuries.
Next, we will enjoy a wine tasting and sample the local sweet "sujukos," made according to ancient recipes at a small family winery.
Then, we will visit the Honey Museum, where you will discover the ancient craft of beekeeping and its secrets. The décor of the house, dating back to the early 20th century, will pleasantly surprise you.
Finally, we will have the opportunity to take stunning photos in the village of Lefkara, famous for its Lefkaritika embroidery and silver chasing. To conclude, we will visit Governor's Beach, known for its snow-white rocks.
